Abstract
The design process of one injection mould for Tee-fitting by using UG as the development platform is introduced, and the general ways for the design of injection moulds are discussed. Some certain difficulties of the process of designing and manufacturing were resolved successfully, multi-cavity in one mould was realized, resulted in a increase of the production efficiency.
