Effects Calcium Hydroxide and CP on Endodontic Interappointment Emergencies in the Treatment during Root Canal Therapy

Abstract

Objective To explore the calcium hydroxide and CP for the treatment of root canal therapy during the acute effects.Methods From October 2007~September 2008 dental clinic in root canal therapy,the emergence of root canal treatment during the accident and 105 teeth,the teeth were randomly divided into calcium hydroxide group(54 cases) and the CP group(51 cases).Calcium hydroxide group root canal sealed calcium hydroxide paste-twist cotton;buy CP group CP-twist cotton solution.Results The effect rate of root canal therapy after the efficient use of calcium hydroxide group was 90.7%,74.5% in CP group,the efficiency of the two groups had significantly difference(P0.05).Conclusion The calcium hydroxide treatment of root canal therapy during the acute effect is better than CP.
