Abstract
Properties of depleted uranium, such as chemical properties, decay law and transmit mode, were presented. Combining with the uncertainties in the present study. The effect of depleted uranium on health and environment were summarized based on research results of experiment data on depleted uranium, epidemiological study, animal toxicological study and clinical study, and research emphasis to which should pay more attention in the future study of this aspects was also suggested.
