Anti-Japanese Women Salvation Union & Practice of Marriage Revolution——Based on the Revolutionary Base Area of North China

Since Anti-Japanese War broke out in full scale,Anti-Japanese Women Salvation Unions organized by the women mass appeared in succession in Base Area of North China.Under the guidance of Anti-Japanese Women Salvation Union,women gradually got rid of the feudal shackles and embarked on the revolutionary road.The Union used various means to propagandize the new view of marriage,mediate the family disputes,and integrate into the women mass.It made an indelible contribution to women's liberation from their feudal marriages.However,due to the historical limitations,the quality factors of the cadre and some other aspects,there emerged some unfavorable working styles within the unions,which became an obstacle to women's liberation from the feudal marriage shackles and to the deep development of the women's liberation movement.
