Abstract
Product innovation is the main economic development way of enterprises in modern market environment,but product innovation projects have high risk and uncertainty,the risk management of product innovation project has become main research project between theoretical range and enterprise range. Risk assessment of product innovation is the basis of product innovation risk management,and key to the success of product innovation project. This paper tries to do a study on the risk assessment system of product innovation project based on the characteristic of product innovation.
