An Analysis of the Causes of False Confession

False confession,as a phenomenon existing in reality,has not attracted the attention of the judicial circles,into which,however,American scholars have examined deeply.The American scholars,according to the different causes,divide the false confessions into three types:voluntary false confession,coerced-compliant false confession and coerced-internalized false confession,and then make detailed analysis about these causes.Their researches have significance in inspiring our deep understanding of the investigation and interrogation in the age of psychological compulsion.
