Probe and Analysis of Some Problems on Concrete Supervision by the National People’s Congress

Concrete case supervision by the National People’s Congress is essential to objective reality against judicial corruption and for judicial fairness in our country, and is a new development of the supervision work by the National People’s Congress with ample basis of law. While with judicial organs’ independently handling cases, care must be taken to carry out the principle of exercisingauthority, concrete case supervision work by the National People’s Congress should be done conscientiously.
