The analysis of the revolutionary course in China's telecom industry regulation

From the perspective of the telecom industry regulation,this paper turns back to look at the course of revolution in China's telecom industry regulation,from totally regulation to encourage competition,and then to regulation and competition.On the basis of what have been described,the paper discusses the relative effectiveness of telecom regulation,analyzes the reason,does the evaluation on the effect of the course of telecom industry revolution objectively,and gives some suggestion to government,which should do the proper regulation,and to achieve effective competition at last.Finally,this paper gives the relevant policy recommendations on the problems in telecomm industry.
