Treatment of Thoracic and Lumbar Tuberculosis by Removing Lesion of Tuberculosis and Bone Graft With Internal Fixation at One Stage

Abstract

Objective To discuss the method and clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of thoracic and lumbar tuberculosis by removing lesion of tuberculosis and bone graft with internal fixation at one stage. Methods 30 cases of thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis patients were taken within one stage removing lesion surgical treatment of internal fixation.Results All patients were followed up for 4 months ～ 24 months,all restored and the results were satisfactory,no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Use of this method for spinal tuberculosis with a high cure rate,economy,safty and effect and fewer complications,can be widely used in clinical practice.
