SWOT Analysis on Development Strategy of Higher Vocational College

The outline ofThe Eleventh Five-Year Planof the Ministry of Education has clearly explained the task of developing vocational education and improving the quality of workers, which provides a good opportunity for the healthy and orderly development of vocational colleges.The paper based on SWOT analysis as the theoretical foundation and internal and external situations of vocational education analyzes the development strategy of vocational colleges from four aspects: strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats.It puts forward the reasonable and scientific strategic goal of laying a good foundation for vocational education,deepening the reform in teaching,and establishing the standard management system.
