CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF TRACHEOBRONCHIAL FOREIGN BODIES IN 15 CASES

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the clinical pathological features of tracheobronchial foreign bodies and summrize diagnosing and treating experiences.Methods:The clinical data of 15 cases tracheobronchial foreign bodies in 2008.9 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among 15 cases,8 cases the foreign bodies were found in the right principal bronchus,4 cases in the left principal bronchus,2 cases in two principal bronchui,1 case in trachea.The common foreign bodies were peanut kernel,melon seeds,walnut,beans and so on.Conclusions:The clinicians should inquire the case history detailed and pay more attention to thoracic roentgenoscopy.It is preventing key that perform related education to patients and their family members.
