Try to Analyze the Dilemma and Outlet for the Rural Collective Land Ownership System of Our Country

The rural collective land ownership system is one of the basic forms of our country land ownership system.For long time,the problem of the rural collective land ownership occurs dispute in practice and confuse in theory.We think there are three reasons for the dilemma of rural collective land ownership system,the ambiguity of the subject of the rural collective land ownership,the weakening of the function of the rural collective land ownership.For this,based on the analysis and evaluation on the current various reform ways,we put forward the basic outlet to get away from the dilemma of the rural collective land ownership system: taking village collective as the subject of rural collective land ownership,establishing the village collective property management committee to represent the village people to exercise the village collective land ownership power and setting up a collective land usage system to perfect the village collective land ownership system.
