Abstract
The reform of rural collective land ownership system is the present focus of the law field. The problems of rural collective land ownership are nullity of subject, unstability of object and incompletion of contents. The collective land ownership is a special joint ownership, and the reconstructing collective land ownership measures are as follows: prohibiting the administrative power interfering, endowing peasants the right of disposition of land and the collective decide the usage of land.
