Abstract
Progress in the study of soy protein degradable material includes the kinds of soy protein、modifying methods of soy protein material(plasticizing、adjusting pH value、cross-linking and incorporating)、thermal analysis of soy protein(measuring glass transition temperature and thermal degradation temperature) and processing methods and processing conditions of soy protein material are summarized.It was pointed out that using soy protein as degradable material is a good choice.
