Marine economy and environmental development measures explore of China

Marine exploitation is an effective way to solve these current issues of resource scarcity,space constraints,environmental degradation and others.So,develop Marine economy has been rising for the national strategy of each coastal state.Since the 1990s,Marine economy of China enters a fast development period,followed by a series of problems such as resources and environment,which have become a bottleneck restricting the development of Marine economy.Based on present situation of our Marine economy development,this paper analyses the factors restricting the coordinated development Marine economy and environment,such as irrational industrial structure,Marine pollution,Marine disasters,etc.To realize coordinated development between Marine economy and environment,we should:exploit marine based on science and technology,optimize the industrial structure;improve ocean management system;improve the Marine laws and regulations,etc.
