Abstract
Sports leisure refers to a sort of leisure by means of sports.The ideology of sports leisure is what people regard sports leisure as.Only with correct ideology of sports leisure can sports leisure play a positive role in individual development and social progress.Under the view of Confucianism Leisure Philosophy,the construction of modern sports leisure ideology is as follows: Renle,the idea of sports leisure;Daole,the reasonable sports leisure;Shanle the selection of value of sports leisure;Zile,the esthetics of sports leisure.In the course of sports leisure,people should discard all kinds of selfish ideas and personal considerations and get rid of all kinds of troubles.People should bring himself into leisure activities,and achieve the high-point that man and sports is fused,and then obtain leisure,health improvement and self-improving.
