Philosophical contemplation of the essence of sports leisure——Also a discussion about the relations between sports leisure and leisure sports

The author pointed out problems currently existing in the study of and in China,probed into the essence of the concept of leisure,specified such 5 essential characteristics of as goodness,spontaneity,activeness,joyfulness and timeliness,advocated to use Marx’s free time as the theoretical criterion for time,and on the basis of defining and leisure sports respectively,pointed out two difficult issues confronted in the study of as well as the relations and differences between these two concepts.
