Abstract
Based on econometric model,this paper studies the relationship between FDI and domestic investment in various regions of China.By cornparing the effect of FDI and domestic investment,the results indicate that FDI does not crowding out domestic investment,and there exist a large gap between the east and the west in using these imvestment.
