Abstract
China is the largest developing country in attracting foreign investment.FDI has a profound impact on domestic investment in promoting the integration of China's economic with the world.Empirical studies have shown that in the last 23 years,FDI has a significant crowding-in effect on domestic investment in general,and the conclusion was analyzed.The article finally proposed rational investment policies on FDI to further promote China's economic development.
