Consideration of SMS of civil aviation in China

Abstract

The fast development of civil aviation needs a kind of system of safety management method in China. This paper analyzes the essence of safety management system(SMS), summarizes present condition and the level in domestic and international civil aviation. It also discusses some comprehension mistake areas while making use of SMS and confidential aviation safety reporting system. The paper puts forward the right way in order to implement SMS.
