LN AND CD44V6 EXPRESSION AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE IN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA

Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of LN and CD44V6 in colorectal cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of LN and CD44V6 in 68 cases colorectal cancer,26 cases colorectal adenomas and 18 cases colorectal normal tissues.And the relationship between LN,CD44V6 and clinicopathological features of colorectal cancer was also analyzed.Results: From normal colorectal tissue to colorectal cancer the LN and CD44V6 expression gradually increased(P0. 05,P0.01).The LN and CD44V6 expression in colorectal cancer had no relations with sex,age,location and types;But were related with Dukes stage and differentiated extent.Conclusions:LN and CD44V6 may play an important role in development of colorectal carcinoma;They can be as index of invasion and metastasis of colorectal carcinoma.
