Abstract

PROFIBUS-DP becomes the widespread application field bus in the equipment cascade control system because of its opening,high speed and anti-jamming.S7-200 Series PLC may satisfy the small scale control request perfectly because of its compact design,the good extension and the powerful instructions.The article studied the assembly line control of S7-200 based on PROFIBUS-DP industry field bus communication way that unifies the industrial production automatic system in the laboratory.
