Abstract
Diffusion Tensor Imaging(DTI)can be used to measure the diffusion properties of water molecules.This paper reviews the principle of DWI and DTI.Then,we introduce derivation of DTI from DWI thorough least square algorithm.Last we obtain other special information about diffusion from DTI.
