Holding Accurately Chen Yun's Economic Thought of the Relation between Planned Economy and Market Regulation

For a long time, for lack of deep and systematic research of Chen Yun's economic thought, some scholars failed to hold his relevant opinions accurately. Some even set Chen Yun's economic thought against Deng Xiaoping Theory. Many people seemed not to know the concept that our country implements market economy and market regulation had been first put forward by Chen Yun. Deng Xiaoping had agreed with Chen Yun's ideas about reform. Deng Xiaoping's socialist market economic theory had an evolution too. Chen Yun explained planned economy and emphasized it should be in a planned way, pro rata, and overall-balanced. He always objected to commandism and subjectivism and maintained that leave free space in planned economy.
