Abstract

Chen Yun is one of Chinese socialist economic construction path finders and founders. In his long-term leadership of the national financial and economic work, he understood the overall situation clearly, held the strategic point and prompted effective means to solve financial problems. The author elaborates the production condition of Chen Yun’s Economic Decision-making Thought by means of analyzing his living conditions, traditional culture, scientific theory and social practice.
