Abstract
In order to establish the determination method of spermine and spermidine in wolfberry leaves, analytical condition is approached and put forward optimal condition on HPLC for chloride derivatives of spermine and spermidine.Result is shown that the satisfactory analysis method with better accuracy and sensitivity is under the ratio of methanol to water in mobile phase 70∶30,flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,volume of benzoyl chloride 7 uL and column temperature 30 ℃.The recoveries of spermine and spermidine are 105.0% and 95.9%,respectively,limit of detection are 0.167 nmol/mL and 1.060 nmol/mL,relative standard deviation are 6.7% and 5.3%.
