Abstract

The knowledge-based economy calls the innovative talents. Being as the universities for cultivating the talents, it is very important to cultivate large number of the innovative talents with the innovative spirit and the practice ability. Therefore, our country's universities must speed up the tempo of the educational reform and cultivate the innovative talents.
