Abstract
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of the prevention nursing for the forming of Limp Deep Vein Thrombosis for the patient with a fracture during peri operation. Methods: 74 patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group 37 cases, the experimental group was given active preventive measures and nursing intervention.Whereras the control group was just given the traditional post-operative nursing care.Observation and comparison were made for the deep vein thrombosis(DVT) of the occurrence after the surgical operation. Results:The clinical investigation datas show that the limb, swelling, pain, extensive venous engorgement and positive Homans sign were significantly different between the 2 groups 1~7 days after surgical operation. Conclusion:The system of nursing intervention and prevention can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis.
