A Study on the Issue of China's Water Resource Protection and Legal Countermeasures

Abstract

Water is the source of life,and it's essential for human's survival,daily life and production.Water resource is irreplaceable in natural ecosystems and socio-economic system.Countries all over the world take a variety of measures to protect domestic water resource.At present,China has made great achievements in the protection of water resources,but there are still some problems that can not be ignored.This paper analyzes the status quo of China's water resources protection,reveals the current problems,and puts forward some legal measures.
