Application effect analysis of holistic nursing care on the elderly patients with heart failure

Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing on elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 100 elderly patients with heart failure were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given holistic nursing intervention.The treatment of hospital readmission and mortality in two groups was observed respectively,6 minutes walk distance in two groups before and after nursing intervention was detected. Results The proportion of the treatment of hospital readmission,hospital readmission more than two times and mortality rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the 6 minutes walking distance in the observation group after intervention was longer than that in the control group after nursing intervention,with significant difference(P0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of holistic nursing care on the elderly patients with heart failure is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
