Exploration of the Operating Mechanism of Tutorial System for Undergraduate Research in Universities

Since the 21st century,undergraduate tutorial system gradually implemented in China,but the effect is not ideal.The main reason lies in inadequate teacher resources as well as imperfect matching system.In order to solve these problems,we have carried out the exploration of the operating mechanism of tutorial system for undergraduate research in which some suggestions have been given such as selecting teachers and students,clearing duties and rights of tutor,strengthening the process management and evaluation,and formulating incentive policies,etc.
