Abstract
There are many problems in legislation and judicial practice of china's supervision system of government procurement. The key point of problems is the poor understanding and research of the jurisprudence of supervisor system's construction of government procurement. Through the analysis of the jurisprudence bases of supervision system's construction of government procurement, the author advances his suggestion of reform of supervision system of government procurement.
