Abstract

The institution of government procurement in China had received well effect through 10 years construction.The frame of government procurement institution has almost formed;the scale and scope have extended;the function of government procurement has developed;the manner of government procurement has been diversification;and centralized and open-bid procurement have become the main form of government procurement.At last,the author proposed some advice about how to improve the construction of government procurement institution.
