On the personal features and military administration of Hu Linyi

Abstract

Hu Liyi is a major official figure in the Xiang army,in particular,a policeman in Hubei for several years.Judging his personality,he should be a decisive and strong-willed man.However,he exerts a strong sense of conscience,determination,continence,and pertinacity in dealing with the daily affairs.This paper,therefore,is a psychological account of Hu Linyi's political and military profile.
