Enforce System Environmental Construction on Private Economy

Since China's reforming and opening up, private economy has grown out of nothing and expanded from a small to a large force. As an important part of socialist market economy, private economy is an important force of socialist modernization. Because of the condition of social system and environment such as unsound social economic system, imperfect legal system and social security, private economy has not completely developed yet. Implementing the new constitution on encouraging and supporting private e-conomic development, we should construct social system and environment so that private economic development can extricate completely from the difficult condition.
