Study of flow cytometry account of T-lymphocyte in patient with lymphoma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlations between flow cytometry account sof T-lymphocyte and occurrence and development of malignant lymphoma.Methods:Accounts of peripheral t-cell subsets in 86 cases of malignant lymphoma and 86 health control cases were evaluated with flow cytometry.Results:CD3 counts,and CD4/CD8 ratio of the malignant lymphoma patients were significant lower than that of the health control group(P0.001).CD3 values of patients withⅠ-Ⅱstage of malignant lymphoma was significant lower than that of health control group,while SD8 was higher(P both0.05).For patients with Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage of malignant lymphoma,CD3,CD4 values and CD4/CD8 ratio were all lower than that in the control group.Conclusions:Immunity is damaged in patients with malignant lymphoma,which can be worse with the progress of the illness.Flow cytometry accounts of T-lymphocyte shows certain predictive value in the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma.
