Abstract

Objective To investigate the specificity and reactivity of antibodies of B-cell and T-cell in the non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL),and study the correlation between the altered expression of CD and its clinical feature. Methods 45 cases of NHL were examined for CD19,CD20,CD74,CD3,CD45 and CD14 using two-colour FCM.Results The positive rates of CD19,CD20 and CD74 in B-cell NHL were from 72.7% to 90.9%.The expression of CD19 and CD20 had significant difference between the follicular and other type of the NHL,and the cross-reactive rate of CD74 and T-cell was 25%.The CD19 and CD20 had shown that the high specificity with its cross-reactive rates was zero. The positive rate of CD3 was 100% in the T-cell NHL group, and its cross-positive rate was only 9.1% in the B-cell HNL group. Conclusion FCM has special advantages in the study of CD of lymphoma.Antibodies of B-cell and T-cell can be applied during the analysis of immunophenotyping of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
