Abstract

The flow measurement flume with parabolic throat is suitable for measuring flow in open U shaped branch or lateral channel of the irrigation districts. This paper introduced how to select type, design, calculate discharge and be applicable conditions for the flow measurement flume,so that it could be applicated to the irrigation districts.
