Abstract
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of boron in rice flour. The sample was digested in a microwave digestor with mixed solution of HNO3-H2O2(4+1).Wavelength of 249.7 nm was selected as analytical spectral emission for determination of B in the sample solution.Linear relationship between values of spectral emission intensity and mass concentration of B was obtained in the range of 1.0-100.0 mg·L-1,with detection limit(3s) of 0.018 mg·L-1.Test for precision was performed by analyzing a same sample for 10 determinations, the values of RSD found was 0.76%.Standard samples of rice(GBW 10010),tea(GBW 10016) and apple(GBW 10019) were analyzed by the proposed method, the results obtained were in consistency with their standard values.
