Abstract
The thesis expounds the dialectical relationship between the core of serving the people and the principle of the collectivism and socialist economical basis,and how to deal with the interal relationships according to different level in socialist moral construction.At the key stage of deepening reform and doveloping socialist market economy,we shall advocate the spint of serving the people and the collectivism in order to improve the peoples moral quality.
