Observation of Metoprolol and Wenxin capsule in Treatment of coronary heant discase arrhythmia

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of metoprolol joint wenxin capsule in treatment of coronary heart arrhythmia.Methods Used retrospective analysis method,analysis of our patients with coronary heart disease were arrhythmia clinical information,according to different ways of treatment is divided into the observation group(heart particles metoprolol joint stability treatment group and control group(metoprolol group).Results The observation group ventricular premature number,atrial number,expecially the border premature were significantly better than those control group,the efliciency of clinical treatment significantly higher than those in the control group,observation group adverse reaction rate was significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).There are statistically significant differences.Conclusions Wenxin capsule metoprolol joint treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia clinical curative effect is obvious,fewer side effects,and worth clinical application.
