The Clinical Observation of Metoprolol Combined with Wenxin Granule in the Treatent of Ventricular Arrhythmia in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Metoprolol combined Wenxin granule in the treatment of ventricular arrhythmia in coronary heart disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data from May 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital treated 80 cases of coronary heart disease arrhythmia patients,which were randomly divided into two groups,a control group of 40 patients in the conventional treatment on the basis of single with Metoprolol for treatment,the observation group 40 patients in the conventional treatment based on the use of Metoprolol combined Wenxin granule.Comparing the two groups of patients with treatment effect and ECG monitoring results.Results After treatment,the observation group the total effective rate was 100.0%,higher than 72.5% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05);After treatment,observation group patients electrocardiogram monitoring results better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granule can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease,ventricular arrhythmia in patients with significant effect,worthy of clinical use.
