Abstract
The technological innovation is the essential motivation of enterprises' technological innovation.It's the only way for developing countries to increase the regional economy speed of growth and transform the mode of economic growth.According to the economic growth theory and the influence change factor,this article has proven the different pattern which the technological innovation promotion economic growth.Finally it proposed a frame for the developing countries promotes to developing technological innovation.
