Theoretical System of Dunhuang Vernacular Linguistics

The present article utilizes the rich resources excavated in and attempts to establish Dunhuang Vernacular Linguistics to study the specific contents of the vernacular characters,vernacular pronunciation,and vernacular words found in document. It will add a new branch to the traditional linguistic study; it will help to broaden the research field of Chinese language history and to comprehend the document.
