People Oriented:Building up the Development Concept of Harmonious Society

Abstract
The scientific development concept of people oriented builds up the development concept of socialist harmonious society and reflects the transformation of our Party's view of development from substance to people.The scientific development concept of people-oriented gives us a new understanding towards historical Materialism and Marxist theory,sublates the himansfic thought in the traditional Chinese culture and reflects the past development path and the development concept.It is the practical requirement for building up the harmonious society.To correctly understand the people-oriented values,we must correctly understand the meaning of human and oriented,regard the scientific concept of development as the means to achieve the realization of people-oriented concept and take people oriented as the value guidance in various kinds of specific work.
