On the development of the urban public transportation

The author describes the development model of the urban public transportation,generalizes the development strategy of the urban public transportation from the optimized development,the policy protection,the government function,the general planning and the industry standard,and points out that only all parts cooperate,can the standardization of the public transportation services be guaranteed,and to fully create the social benefit and the economic benefit of the public transportation.
