Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse effect with the half year relapse of Mesalazine slow-release tablets on patients of ulcerative colitis. Methods 75 patients according to the admissive standard were randomly divided into the treatment group 40 cases and control group 35cases.The patients in treatment group were treated by mesalazine slow-release tablets 1.0 once, three times a day,and by goguanggantai 200 mg once, three times a day.while the patients in control group by salicylazesulfapyridine 1g once, four times a day.and by goguanggantai 200 mg once, three times a day.with a treatment course of one month for both groups,After one month and six months endoscopy was used to examine the renal function were deteceted the incidence of adverse events were recorded. Results The significant effective rate in treatment group and control group were 52.5% and 25.7% respectively,The total effective rate in treatment group and control group(92.5% and 71.4%),while the half year relapse(12.5% and 31.4%),there was a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Msalazine slow-release tablets has good treatment effect on ulcerative colitis. No adverse effect was found in treatment group, and half year relapse rate was low.
