Abstract
The flourishing industry transfers domestically and internationally call forth new demands for empirical research on industry transfer between the districts in China. The paper takes 33 large-scale enterprises transferred into Jiangxi province as examples. It makes a statistic analysis from the distribution of industrial production, ownership and scale etc. and draws a conclusion of the trait of these ongoing enterprises which puts labour-intensive manufactory industries and non-state-owned enterprises in the leading place. The typical forms of these enterprise transfers fall into categories of market exploiting, resource exploiting, combination of market with resource exploiting and strategic resource increasing. The main reasons for these transfers lie in the growing economy and increasing popularity of Jiangxi, including the constructing top-ranking investment environment and the remarkable comparative advantages. At last, it presents several measures for speeding up enterprise transfer.
