Trends,Issues and Recommendations of the Development of Large Enterprises in Jiangxi——Based on the Analysis of 2008 Jiangxi's Top 100

In the year 2008,there was a good trend of the development of Jiangxi's top 100.When the economic benefits and efficiency has been significantly increased,the advantageous position of the top 100 in economic development of Jiangxi has been consolidated and strengthened.However,compared with the large enterprises of midprovinces and top 500 enterprises of China,the gap is still obvious.All kinds of contradictions and problems exist in development need to be handled through such paths as expanding vision of globalization,enhancing the capability of independent innovation of enterprises,improving the level of institutionalized operations,highlighting core business,vigorously implementing the talent thriving strategy and carrying out large enterprise groups strategy in order to make enterprises in Jiangxi become larger and stronger.
