Abstract
The scientific concept of development is a development concept adapting to the economical globalization background.It is a kind of comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development concept.Therefore,in the construction of the financial system of the socialist harmonious society,the scientific concept of development should be taken as the guidance.From the angle of the scientific concept of development,this paper probes into the selection of the model of the financial system of the harmonious society,analyzes the functions of the trust mechanism in the financial system,and points out the directions of the further study in the future.
